Haha, I spent a lot of time finding for a new blogskin, and yes, I have finally put it inside my blog! So 3 cheers for me!! =) Anyway, today we had Teachers' Day celebrations. I thought it was pretty well organized, and I enjoyed myself very much! The first item was put up by my beloved band!! Haha, the music simply rocks man...DISCO PARTY!! YEAH!! And the people who danced in front were very cute and funny too!! Next, I think we had 2 people from CO who played the flute. Not long after, it was the skit put up by none other than my class, 2D!! =) Well done people!! The skit was really well done. I could see people laughing like mad at our humourous actions!! I thought that our class put up the best performance for the Teachers' Day concert!! There was also one segment where they put up the teachers' photos when they were young. Lol, it was fun guessing which teacher looked like that when they were young, because they looked so different! Haha, but the sad thing was, we didn't get to dance the Russian folk dance, probably because of time constraint. Anway, after the performance, we went to the canteen to eat the Teachers' Day cake. Yummy, it was really very nice because of the thick dark chocolate that was covering it!

I didn't go back to my primary school because nobody wanted to go back. Most have other commitments or were not bothered to go back. Haiz, I really do hope to go back next time, because it is nearly 1 year since I last stepped into the school. Haha, I psent the time doing my assessent and such. Oh ya, there isn't any school tomorrow. I'm so happy!! Lol, Jennie asked me whether there was school tomorrow... o_O||| OK, enought of blogging. Good Bye!

I was rather happy today, don't ask me why, but I just felt happy. Lols. The lessons were not too boring today, haha, dunno why. Then PDP today, hmm, was rather serious, because Mr Lee said that there was a growing resentment among the student body towards the teachers. So today's PDP purpose was to hear what students have to say about caning. Bleahx, so many people want to voice out their opinions, and Mr Lee had quite a lot of things to say too, so in the end, we had almost 6 minutes less for recess. Then we had assembly in LT1. There was this art teacher from India wh came to show us how to do paper-cutting. Oh my, he was really good! A little snip here and there could actually create such a wonderful piece of art! I really admire him for that! Then there was this chamber music performance put up by by the String Esemble, which is a new CCA in RV. Hmm, I thought the performance was rather good for a 7-month old CCA. However, there were many times when the music they played when rather off-key.

Haha, then after school, me and Hui En went to the computer lab to transfer something. After that, I went to the D&T workshop to check out my transistor task. Haiz, Yan Peng wasn't able to come with me because she had to go for some teachers' day rehearsal. Haha, nevermind lah, because I had Hui En. Luckily, I was able to check out thanks to Mr Oh, Hui En and of course myself! =) Honestly, I was thankful that Mr Oh was around, because if not, I think I'll be stuck there forever, and most probably, Mrs Lee will slaughter me the next lesson. Lol, Mr Oh is such a NICE teacher! =) Anyway, got to start work on my CID project soon! Good luck for the Project Fesival everybody! =)

Oh my tian?!

My sincere apologies for not updating my blog for 1 week. Haiz, this whole week was filled with numerous tests and projects, and as some of us have noticed, I haven't been onlining for quite some time already. Anyway, due to the overwhelming tags at my tag-board, I shall reply tags over here.

[Hui En] Ya, MediaCorp has really gone overboard this time. Up till now, they still haven't issued an official apology to Lee Young-ae's fans!! >=(
[Mavis] Thanks for commenting on my blog. But anyway, Kim Sam-soon is a nice show!! =)
[sin yee] Haha, thanks!! Anyway, I should thank you because you sent me this song!
[melainne] Thanks!! Ya, many people ARE complaining...
[Hui En] Haha, thanks again!
[vengyan] Aiyo, you FAILED your maths?? Are you sure??? Like real lor...
[xin] Yoz, lol, too agitated to relax. OK, I'll link the blog.
[vengyan] Lol, I'm updating at last!

Anyway, I wanted to blog yesterday, but because it was already too late, I decided not to do so. Anyway, I had a weird dream about Lord of the Ring yesterday. I dreamt that I was assigned to accompany Frodo in his dangerous quest to destroy the One Ring on Mount Doom. Anyway, when we were making our way to Mount Doom, an ugly creature by the name of Snigger agreed to show us the way. However, he saw that we were all filthy and cold, so he decided to bring us to a house which appeared out of nowhere. The house looked very grand, and many lights illuminated it. On our treacherous journey to Mount Doom, we never saw any light anytime. So this house which Snigger lead us to was rather suspicious. But since we were too tired and cold to think about anything else, we just followed Snigger in. After we went in, we were treated like gods as Snigger commanded the slaves to bring in food fit for the gods. After the bouquet, Frodo and I were lead to our rooms. Soon, the clock struck 12 midnight, and Frodo was fast asleep. I was feeling a little uneasy about this house, so I couldn't sleep. I decided to take a walk down the corridor when I saw one room emitting a strange green light. Being curious, I decided to open the door and went in. I saw where the source of light came from. It came from a very ancient book whose pages were coming out in tatters. I couldn't resist the temptation to read it, and as soon as I opened it, I was sucked into the book. I realised that I was still in the same house, but in totally different times. Judging by what the slaves wore, I must have gone back 5000 years back. It was still night, but I could see one very well-dressed lady acting suspiciously. She was looking nervous, and kept looking around. To my horror, I saw that she was trying to steal the One Ring from a room. Soon, she took flight. Apparently, Sauron saw her and gave chase. I ran after them. I don't know how both of them managed to dodge those cars to get to the top of Mount Doom. Well, don't ask me why cars appeared in my dream. But anyway, in my dream, I saw that surrounding Mount Doom was actually a bustling modern city. Anyway, the lady ran up to the top of the mountain (actually a volcano which was about to erupt) and the One Ring into the volcano. Suddenly, Sauron let out an evil laugh. He threw the lady (his wife) into the erupting volcano. The reason why Sauron wasn't dead was because his wife threw in the fake one. The real one was still hidden in the secret chamber. Unfortunately, somebody (Snigger)broke into the secret chamber and stole the One Ring, that is why Sauron cannot appear in his physical form. Due to his carelessness, Snigger lost the One Ring. He found out that Frodo had the One Ring with him, so that is why he lured us to Sauron's house. OMG!! Why didn't I realised this earlier??? Now Frodo is in TROUBLE!! End of dream. -.-

This is my 101th post, and instead of being happy, I'm going to blog about something which made me very pissed off. Come on, how can they allow this kind of advertisement?? MEDIACORP, HOW CAN YOU ALLOW THIS STUPID BLOODY ADVERTISEMENT TO BE PUBLISHED??!!! SHAME ON THE PEOPLE WHO DESIGNED THIS ADVETISEMENT!! It is really a pain to see you people for stooping so lowly with no sense of work ethics and professionalism at all. Honestly, this really destroys Lee Young-ae as well as Jang-geum. Lee Young-ae has a huge fan base all over the world, and if any of her fans sees this, I'll not be surprised if the newspapers report that someone has hung a pig head at MediaCorp's office. GET A LIFE LAH, YOU FREAKING IDIOTS!! Why can't you think of some other ways of advertising My Lovely Kim Sam-soon. I admit that My Lovely Kim Sam-soon is one of the best comedy I've ever watched, but still, there is NO NEED to drag Dae Jang Geum into the picture. Kim Sam-soon and Dae Jang Geum are two shows worlds apart. One is a light-hearted comedy while the other one is a historical show. Not only is MediaCorp humiliating Jang-geum, MediaCorp is also degrading all the cast and production members who spent so much time and effort to make this drama one of the world's best show in terms of viewership ratings and overall storyline. The real Jang-geum was a major historical figure in Korea for she was the one and only female physician who was in charge of the King's overall health. By smearing cake on Jang-geum aka Lee Young-ae's face, you are not showing any respect for these 2 people. I'm quite sure that if Lee Young-ae saw this, she'll be very upset that MediaCorp never gave the due respect she deserves. I respect Lee Young-ae very much, and I admire her acting skills too. I'm quite sure if the news travelled all the way to Korea, Korea may stop exporting all its shows to Singapore since both shows are produced from the same company. This time round, you've gone really OVERBOARD!! In this 21st century, I suppose there are no more acts of uncivilised people acting in uncivilised ways. So unless you want to be despised by viewers all over the world for using such a lowly advertisement for advertising a show, MediaCorp, you owe us an explnation and an apology!!

Jang-geum's face being smeared by cake... alright, this isn't funyy AT ALL!!

Haiz, today's CID lesson went rather badly. Even though Mrs Lee didn't scold us much today, she was still rather pissed off with us for completing our circuit design so slowly. Haiz, sad lah, most groups couldn't finish the arranging the circuit, so Lee Lee Mui say we have to stay back for CID remedial. Oh where is the world coming to? Me and Yan Peng nearly sacrificed all our brain cells because we were one of the earliest to finish Task 2, but stupid task 3 took up much of our time. Oh man, anyway, I think only 2 groups have finished task 3, so actually, there is nothing to worry about. What I'm worried about is that, I'm afraid we won't be able to complete it so easily. Haiz, never mind. Forget about freaky CID for this moment. On the happier note, I've finally reached my 100th post!! Yay!! So come congratulate me in my tag-board!! =) Anyway, Yang Mi-kyung held her fans session at Jurong Point today!! According to the forum, a lot of people went there, until she had to extend her time. Lol, then Hui En told me she appeared in the 6.30 pm news. Oh what the hell, I missed it! Haha, Hui En say Yang Mi-kyung is super duper pretty in the news, so I really hope to see her on TV!! Yang Mi-kyung, Sarang hae yo!! =)

Today went rather well for me. In fact, I felt that the whole past week went rather well for me. I do not know why, but I hope my lucky streak won't run out so fast =p. Haha, has IRP first thing in the morning, and as usual, the news article in the newspaper didn't interest me at all, so I was resigned to staring into space. Recess came at 10.45 am and went at around 11.15 am. Then we had assembly. For today's assembly, we had people from the some Indian dance company to perform some Indian dances for us. Haha, Natasha kept saying that the hand gestures they used were part of her Anggun dance. Lol, then I tried to imitate the actions, but Natasha I look very weird, so forget it. I'm not out to be a dancer, so I shall be a bandit or banner -.- . Haha, I thought the male dancer was rather good, he was really very flexible and Natasha commented that he was even more flexible than RV's male dancers. Lol, I wonder whether Natasha is as flexible... haha, then we had Ms Khang's Chemistry lesson and Mr Loke's Maths lesson. Haiz, hate these two lessons. Alright, Maths wasn't that bad today, but Chemistry was really a nightmare, because we had to do some very cheem Chemistry worksheet that involved those Chemical equations. Haiz, I mumbled and grumbled, but I couldn't do anything about it. Haha, soon, we ended school!! =) Hui En and I rushed to the library to print some papers, and Hui En also wanted to look at the past yearbooks for *clears throat* erm... her... OK, never mind. Those who know who I'm talking about, keep your mouth shut. That goes the same for those who don't know. Go and ask Hui En herself.

After Hui En and I left school, we took 97 to Jurong East, and from there, we took the train to Boon Lay. Haha, Hui En wanted to go Jurong Point to get her friend a birthday present, and I wanted to go Jurong Point because I wanted to see how Jurong Point would look like as they were preparing for Yang Mi-kyung's arrival. Lol, they already put up a large poster of her and named her as one of the Heroines from Dae Jang Geum. Oh ya, for those blockheads out there who don't know who Yang Mi-kyung is, she is the one who acted as Lady Han in Dae Jang Geum aka Jewel In The Palace. Haha, then me and Hui En kept looking at her gigantic poster, and wow, she is kind of a Korean Ambassador to Singapore. Lol, such a high status. Haha, then we went to Gift A Name to get a present for her friend. Haiz, she took such a long time to choose her present. In the end, Hui En chose a bookmark and hung a bee charm from it. Lol, quite cheap lah, but anyway, it's the thought that counts. Lol, Hui En said I owed her $0.30, so she asked me to buy her ice-cream from McDonald's. At first, I refused, but eventually gave in. Haiz, why am I so soft-hearted? Lol, never mind, because I bought one ice-cream for myself too. Then we ate in front of Yang Mi-kyung's giant poster. Haha, I wanted to let her see me eat, but her gaze was towards Pizza Hut -.-||| . Lol, then Hui En said that we were one of the earliest supporter there because we were there at around 3.45 pm, and we kept hanging around her poster. Lol, my Lady Han hasn't even reach Singapore yet! Haiz, her fans session will be at 12 pm tomorrow, and since I cannot make it because I have to go to the freaking school, I decided to personally make my trip down to Jurong Point. Haha, saw quite a number of people hanging around there too, so I suppose Lady Han is quite popular with Singaporeans!! =)) Haha, when both of us finished our ice-cream, Hui En kept pestering me to take the MRT with her, but since I can take the direct bus 172 from Boon Lay Bus Interchange, why must I take the MRT and transfer again? Haha, so in the end, I took 172 and Hui En took 198. Lol, she told me that taking 198 would take about 1 hour to reach her house, but 172 only takes about 20 minutes to reach my house. Haha, next time if we ever go Jurong Point again, I must take 172 back home!! =))

Oh yes, do watch My Lovely Sam-soon tomorrow on Channel U at 10 pm!! This is another good show from Korea, with ratings on par with Dae Jang Geum. This show will be shown on Mondays to Fridays at 10 pm! Please catch this show!! It's another production by MBC. Lol, it seems that MBC really produces a lot of record ratings shows. Dae Jang Geum, Hur Joon, My Lovely Sam-soon, Cheer Up, Geum Soon!, Princess Hour, Which Star are You From?...all these shows have garnered record ratings all over Asia. Keep up the good TV shows, Korea! Another thing is, Princess Hour will be debuting on 9 October, and it will be shown on Mondays to Fridays at 7 pm!! Another piece of happy news for me!! Lol, me and Sin Yee went estastic over MSN when I told her the good news yesterday. I created a new term, that goes "OH MY GOONG!!" Yay!! Korean Tv shows shall rule the world!! Rock on and carry the wave, Hallyu!!

Yay!! I'm going to reach my 100th post soon!! Jia You for me!! OK, enough crapping, let's talk about what happened today. As usual, I had my theory lesson, and as usual, after my theory lesson, I went straight home to play MapleStory. Wahahas, managed to play until about 60% already, so yeah, I'm going to level up by next week if time allows. At around 4 pm, my mum brought me to Sunshine Plaza to eat our dessert. Lol, my sister didn't tag along because she was sleeping. So we decided to go without her, and we ate our Red Ruby dessert and had some prawn and mango springrolls which were very delicious!! Honestly, it's one of the best dimsum that I've ever tasted from the Kopitiam. The prawns inside the springrolls were so juicy and soft that the whole thing melts in your mouth. Yummy stuff that I ate today!! =) Anyway, I decided to go back earlier because I thought that staying in Shop N Save with nothing to do is boring, and I rather go home and play my MapleStory. Aiyo, everytime Hui En call me to go and play, I would always tell her I cannot play because my mother is at home. But when I can play, she cannot play, so this is so erm...irritating? Because we can never be online at the same time. Sad. Nevermind, at least I can play in peace. And ya, I've offially reached fame 70!! Woohoo, so come congratulate me!! x) And next week, you'll see dreamlucky as a level 46 wizard!! And ya, speaking about dreamlucky, I suddenly remembered about the Rememberer's quest. Luckily I only needed to get 10 Jr.Boogie's horns, and not kill 1098 of them. Haha, the Rememberer isn't that mad after all!! =) And I think I got 30 Mana Elixir from him if I'm not wrong. Or maybe I'm wrong...can't remember whether I got the Mana Elixir from the Evil Eyes or the Jr.Boogie...oh yes, I remember now, I got a refined Emerald from the Jr.Boogie quest. Haha, I was so desperate to get the last Boogie Horn, and until I reached Ant Tunnel I, nobody had it. Haha, I was willing to pay 10k for the horn, but luckily that person who gave me the horn decided not to accept payment, if not, I'll be 10k poorer. Anyway, I suggest, unless you are a despo for potions, don't waste your time on these quests, because they are meant for those level 20+, and those lvl 40+ might think that the EXP give is too little, which is true. They only give about 3000+ EXP at most. So unless you're really despo for potions, don't go and waste your time doing these quests...oh well, maybe if you're that free to kill 4000+ monsters, maybe you should do it, because they really give out quite a number of potions. =) Happy Mapling to those Maplers. =)

Haiz, today is a bore, and because I've taken my Grade 8 practical exam, I need not take piano anymore. So basically, my Saturday is free. But today is horrible, because I woke up coughing rather badly and had a severely blocked nose. Oh man, I really don't want to get sick, but it seems that almost everybody is sick too, so somebody must have passed the germs to me... ARGHH!!! Feeling so horrible now, can't really talk sense because my throat is also hurting like hell. Hmm. can I not go to school on Monday? I really love missing school!! >=) The teachers there are making me sick!! >=( Since I had finished most of my homework, I decided to play my MapleStory. Haha, nothing to do lah. I decided to finish the freaky quest from the Rememberer. Haiz, for those who don't know who the Rememberer is, he is the mad guy who resides at the Dungeon. Ya, mad guy, because he made me kill 1098 horny mushrooms, 1098 zombie mushrooms and 1098 evil eyes!! Even those level 80+ are also going back to the dungeon to do his quest...haha, I did it because I wanted the Mana Elixir. Took me nearly 4 hours to complete his stupid quest. And there is still more to come... curse eyes, Jr. Boogie, green mushrooms...I suppose I have to kill 1098 curse eyes, 1098 Jr. Boogie and 1098 green mushrooms. Haiz, anyway, WHERE ON EARTH AM I GOING TO FIND 1098 Jr. Boogies??!! They are really rare monsters who only make a RANDOM appearance around the world. Oh ya, so now you know why I say he is mad? "I need 100% concentration. PLease talk to me in whispers the next time." Stupid guy who only knows how to torture Maplers and mutter some nonsense. And this mad guy has put up posters of these wanted monsters everywhere...why can't he just kill the monsters himself...bleahx...I'm considering whether to go back to Ludibrium, but I really have nothing to do there except to kill more Platoon Chronos and Tick Tocks. I don't really feel like going to Omega Sector now as I heard from my friends that the monsters there fly. Oh well, I'll finish up all the quests in Victoria Island and kill my Fire Boars before deciding whether to stay or go back. OK, that's all for today. Bye. *sniff sniff*

Haha, I just got the news that Yang Mi-kyung (for those who don't know her, go bag your head against the wall) will be coming to Singapore on 17th August, which is a Thursday. Anyway, she was the one who acted as Lady Han in Dae Jang Geum, and she will be here for the 15th ASEAN-Korea stuff. After that, she will go to Jurong Point to sign autographs for her fans. Why? WHY?? God, why must you do this to me?? Yang Mi-kyung will only be at Jurong Point from 1 pm-2 pm. And I have to stay back until 2.20 pm!! First, I couldn't get the chance to see Lee Young-ae because it was on a Monday. Now when Yang Mi-kyung is going to come, you arranged it on a Thursday!!! WHY??!! You know how badly I wanted to see these 2 actresses, and yet, you did not give me the chance to see either one fo them. Last time, Lee Young-ae's LG stuff was held near Milennia Walk, which was quite far away, but this time, it's at Jurong Point!! So near yet I cannot see her. God, why must you do this to me?? WHY??!! Haiz, anyway, Yang Mi-kyung will be interviewed, because she is meeting up with those ministers from the Government. Hope to see her on TV if I cannot get to see her in person. Hope that Yang Mi-kyung will be able to stay on for at least one more hour, but the probability of her staying just for me is nearly zero, because she have to rush thorough more than 20 interviews from the media.

On a lighter note, today is National Day, which means I didn't have to go to school!! Woots!! Life has never been better!! I always complain about the weather in Singapore being too hot for me to bear, and I also complain about Singapore's TV shows being too boring and predictable. I always thought about migrating to somewhere cooler and less stressful. And yet, every year, on the 9th August, I somehow or rather would think that my previous thought about me migrating to other places is silly. I just don't know why, but when I switch on the TV to watch the National Day Parade, I will feel very proud to be a Singaporean, and I also marvel at how those performers managed to come out with such complicated formations in a twinkling of an eye. When they play back how Singapore was in the early 1960s till now, I feel a sense of national pride in me. Although I wasn't able to go for the actual NDP, I could feel how the atmosphere was like at the National Stadium at the comfort of my home. TV dramas and hot weather aside, I feel proud to be a Singapore because this is my country, my home, the place where I have my family and friends, and most importantly, I am born to be and always will be a Singaporean. Happy 41th Birthday, Singapore!! =) *magnificent fireworks display!*

Yay!! Today is National Day Eve, so we didn't have to stay in school till 6 pm. We were released as early as 10.30 am. We had the National Day observent ceremony. Haha, the 27th SC President was so pro lah can, he memorised all the recollection without any mistakes made (If Hui En sees this, she is going tobe estastic!). After that, we have the CCA Leader Investiture. Lol, it seems that people love their CCA a lot, because there were catcalls made for almost every CCA. Hmm, the 28th SC President and Vice-President are from the same CCA, and the ironic thing is, both of them are also the newly-elected CCA leaders. Wow, both of them are really good, they have now 3 insignias namely the blue (CCA leader), red (EXCO of Student Council) and green (Student Councillor). Wow, I think they are the only 2 pupils with 3 insignias. Haiz, this year's Sec 1 pupils are also quite powerful. They are only Sec 1s, but some of them already have the green and blue rings!! Argh!! I'm feeling so inferior now...haha, enough of this "ring" talk. Now back to dismissal. Haha, my mother said that she wanted me to be home by 12 pm, because she would be going to IKEA, but in the end, I rushed home for nothing. Bleahx, she didn't go out!! =( Anyway, Hui En told me that MapleStory was undergoing some patch. I managed to download the patch, but I still can't play!! ='(

The day passed without any great incident. We had IRP as usual, but today's Chinese newspapers was a total bore. Oh well, never mind about that. Anyway, PDP was replaced by English lesson. Haiz, we have to present our powerpoint on Friday, and up till now, my group hasn't done anything. Aiyah, sure die liao lah. Somemore I still haven't finish my History assignment and music project. Another sure die liao. Anyway, my purpose of blogging here is to talk about today's assembly. Ms Li annouced the winners for last Firday's Teambuilding Day. Not bad lah, at least 2D won 3rd prize for banner decoration and the Star Hunt. Overall, I thought we still did pretty well although 2I beat us to it to win the overall champion. Alright, I will continue blogging some other time. I have to do my powerpoint and my history now. Bye!
