Haha, I just came back from Lot 1. I've been staying there since 5 pm. Wow, that's rather long yeah? We went there to buy a present for my grandmother, whose birthday falls on the New Year. I think I visited almost all the shops at Lot 1 today. Wahaha, went to LaserFlair and saw "Hello God, Please Give Me More Love", "Smile Again" and "Golden Apple" Korean drama VCDs. I want to watch the former. I heard that it was a very good show. Haiz, chances of getting it is quite low lah, because I still haven't gotten my "Bad Family" VCDs. Boohoo... can anybody get it for my birthday? Joking lah, it's too expensive for a birthday present.

Then ate dinner at Food Junction. I had Bibimbap for dinner, but I have to share it with my mother. =( Haha, at first, I took a bit of the chilli bean paste and mixed it with my dish. Haha, I found that it wasn't hot enough, so I dumped all the chilli bean paste into the rice. I kinda regretted it lah, because it became too hot for me. =p Boohoo, I missed my Dae Jang Geum show. Haha, to be frank, I haven't been following it very closely nowadays since I'm always out on both Saturdays and Sundays. Hope to see more Korean dramas on Channel U. Now they keep showing Hong Kong shows lor. Channel 8's 7 pm and 10.30 pm slots are TVB dramas. Channel U's 7 pm and 10 pm time slots are also TVB dramas. Argh! Where have all my Korean dramas disappeared to? I want to watch Be Strong, Geum-soon!, Full House and My Girl on Channel U. Wait, I think it's best if MediaCorp show Be Strong, Geum-soon first, because that's the only show I haven't watched yet. I've finished Full House and My Girl quite long ago liao.

I'm going to Esplanade for the New Year countdown tomorrow. Luckily I'm not going to miss the last episode of Triumph in the Skies. =) Going to my 2nd aunt's house to celebrate my grandmother's birthday. Oh yes, we got a Disney tea pot from Gift A Name. Haha, it's quite cheap, but it's cute! =) Haha, I love my Piglet! =DD

Today got CCA, then instead of playing in the band room, we went to the hall since Ms Chan wanted to test out how our tone is like since the hall environment differs a lot from the band room. Haiz, hope we don't have to play in the hall again. I really hate tuning so much. Ms Chan kept saying our tone is very "tight", and that she cannot hear us play from afar. Gosh... had to tune for quite a long time before she finally told us to stop.

We just concentrated on the SYF piece and the set piece today. Got kinda bored lah... and a bit giddy. My nose is blocked, and I still have to blow. Argh! Worse still, Zhi Yi never come, so I have to take the file and stand on top of my clarinet. I saw the dance people in the hall too, but I didn't see Natasha lah. Only saw some of her friends. =p OK, enough of blogging liao. Sayonara!

I wanted to blog yesterday, but because of the earthquake in Taiwan, my internet connection became so slow until I gave up being on the computer totally. The 7.1 magnitude earthquake affected all the internet connection in the whole world. Luckily my internet connection is alright now, though the speed isn't as fast as the last time. I still experience lagging when I'm playing NeoPets. Haha, yeah, I kinda lost interest in MapleStory liao. So I'm back to NeoPets, although that is only for the time being.

Then had band practice today. ZZZ. Had to reach school by 8 am, and have almost close to 1 hour of tuning. What the hell lah... if I knew earlier that we would have 1 hour of tuning, I'd rather reach school at 8.30 am like some people. I didn't feel too good today anyway. My nose kept giving me a lot of problems, so I couldn't play long notes for long, and my chromatic scale got kind of mixed up in the beginning. Argh... what's wrong with me? =( Then during combined practice, I used so many pieces of tissue paper. It's really enough to fill up the pocket in my skirt. @_@ But today's practice is OK lah, Ms Chan went through the set piece and the SYF piece with us. I think now she kinda chiong-ing since we have to practice at the Singapore Conference Hall on 20th January next year. Haha, so tomorrow, we're going to practice in the hall. Wahaha, people, hear us play!! =)

I felt a bit better when lunch time came, maybe because I was really hungry. We wanted to go to HarbourFront and eat at first, but since we decided to go to Long John Silver's, we walked over to Vivo City. ZZZ. It rained again lah... no wonder the whole shopping mall was so cold. I was shivering most of the time, and yes, here comes my drippy nose again. T_T There were quite a number of band people at Long John Silver's, so we waited very long before we could place our orders. By the time we finished lunch, it was already 1.35 pm, when we were supposed to reach school by 1.30 pm. Haha, nobody cared lah, so never mind about that.

Then it was sectionals after that. Haiz, I didn't enjoy sectionals very much today. My nose is giving me more problems, so I tire out very easily after playing a short phrase or two. I felt so lethargic lah, the rainy weather is so perfect for me to go to sleep. I only woke up when we played the very fast part of the SYF piece. Haha, that really woke me up! I love S*****!! =)

Then after band, I met my mum at Lot 1 since she wanted to get me a new pair of shoes and some assessment books. Ewww... assessment books... yucks! Never mind about that. I managed to get a new pair of shoes from Bata for about $23. It was already 6.45 pm by the time I finished choosing my shoes. My mother had to buy dinner, so she asked me to carry the heavy assessment books home. >=( Nearly broke my arms while carrying it. ZZZ. In then end, she never buy dinner... what the... so had to wait until my sister finish cooking dinner. Haha, I think I sahll end here for now. Good bye! =)

Merry Christmas everybody! It's time to open up my presents!! =DD I got a lovely Piglet toy form my dear mum! Weehee! Thanks a lot! I love my Piglet very much!! Going to my grandma's house tomorrow to get more presents! OK, enough blogging! Have a Happy Christmas! Enjoy what's left of year 2006 before moving on to the new year. Honestly, I don't want year 2007 to come. When that time comes, I'll surely miss 2006.

My Piglet toy... isn't it cute? =D

Yay! Daddy's finally back from China! Woots! His flight was supposed to touch down at 10.20 pm, but don't know why he only came out at around 10.50 pm. Haha, ya, so we waited very long at the arrival hall for him. Luckily he came just in time before we caught the second last train from Changi Airport. The train that was leaving the airport was very crowded. @_@ But luckily we managed to get seats on the train. Haha, then my dad showed us the pictures he took. Haha, he DID go to the Great Wall, but he didn't get back any stones... >.< Haha, never mind lah, later he get caught then kenna jailed in China. I think that's worse. But never mind, he really brough back lots of stuff! Woots! Bubblegum!! Weehee, got coffee flavour de!

OK, now for the Sec 3 classes. I seriously don't know how Mr Ang arranged us into the classes. It's definitely not by grades, and definitely not by subject combinations. Argh!! Everything now is in a mess. I'm not in the same class as Hui En anymore. ='( She's going to 3C while I'm going to 3K. ZZZ. I'm not in the same class as those people I'm close with, except for Deng Yin. That's my only consolation. Oh man, I'm going to dread the new school year sia. Hmm, even triple science students are in my class. I thought last time they used to put the triple science pupils in the first 6 classes. Now probably because we're in the intergrated program, so they anyhow arrange us into the classes. Oh well, guess I'll have to accept it. =p

Yay! I'm back from piano lesson. Haha, today's practice went quite well for me leh. I managed to play my 3 exam pieces almost without mistakes, haha, then Ms Tan also say I played quite well today. Woots! Haha, after playing the very complicated piano piece by J.S. Bach (hmm, I think only Zhi Yi knows about this; the 7#s piece), my teacher today taught me how to play the fugue. zZz... it's really very compliacted lor. How can 2 hands play 4 parts?! I'm going to have a hrad time ahead. Wish me luck yeah? Heehee, my piano teacher today gave me chocolate for Chirstmas. Haha, thank you so much!

Hmm, then I went to the class chalet about 3 days ago. I'm not sure if it's worth blogging about. At first, I decided not to blog because I was really tired. Then decided to blog about ti today because I'm quite energectic. Muahahaha. Nothing much happened lah, I think. The rain almost didn't make the barbeque a successful one. Then me, Hui En and Si Lin went missing during the night. Haha, just felt very "squashed-up" in the small room, so we decided to go out on the pretext on sending Pei Xuan off. Eeyer, I don't think I'm ever going to a class chalet if the room is still as small. Call me anti-social or whatsoever, but unless they're getting 2 rooms, my nose will suffer. Haha, so we didn't go back to the room after sending Pei Xuan off. We at first hesitated whether we should go back, but it was starting to rain rather heavily (again...) so we decided to spend the night at the Downtown East there. Lol, didn't know how Pei Xuan managed to come back, so in the end, she also accompanied us to spend the night outside. Haha, we didn't sleep throughout the night lah.

We decided to go the next morning since we weren't feeling too well lah. When we left, the rain was really very heavy! I tried calling for a raxi so many times, and yet the line is always engaged. ZZZ. Only managed to flag a cab after we braved the rain and walked out to the main road. Yay! Pei Xuan paid for the taxi fare and we went to her house. Haha, I think I enjoyed myself more at her house than at the class chalet. Don't kill me for saying this. As I mentioned before, I'm an anti-social person. Xp Got to play MapleStory, Crazy Taxi and some other fun games? Her mum's cooking was alaso really fabulous! The veggie is really good!! Woots! Must go there for lunch more often the next time! =)

Going to pick my father up from the airport at around 10.50 pm tomorrow. ZZZ. Another unearthly hour yeah? I think we're going to spend a bomb on taxi fares again. I hope he did remember about bringing back part of the Great Wall. Wahahaha...

Lol, came back home at around 2 am today. We had to take a taxi back since the public transport weren't operating at such unearthly hours. From Changi Airport back to Choa Chu Kang, the taxi fare, including the airport and midnight surcharge, came up to be about $33.60. Haha. it's really very expensive lor. Haiz, my dad is now in Beijing. Luckily he reached there safe and sound. I miss him so much. He called back to say that Beijing is now very cold, with the temperature hovering around -11 degrees celsius. Haha, before he left Singapore, I told him to bring back part of the Great Wall, so hopefully he does without getting caught. =p

Anyway, today we went to Vivo City to buy our MP3 player. I shan't elaborate about our trip to Vivo City since it's quite a lengthy one I suppose. Haha, in the end, my mum got us a 512 MB MP4 player at only $178. Haha, a free 512 MB memory card and a plush toy were also thrown in. Haha, I'm going to look forward to listening music on my MP4 soon. OK, nothing to say liao. Just hope that my dad will update his blog. Haha, shan't reveal the address so as to protect his privacy. That's his wish. Bye! =)

Today's post shall be a random one about Hwang Jin-yi, since I don't really have the mood to blog. I'm going down to the airport at around 8.30 pm.

Baek Ji Young performing 나쁜 사람 live at the 21st Golden Disk Awards. Haha, she is the original singer of my blog song.

MV of Hwang Jin-yi and her mentor. Hmm, the song used inside is Ladies of the Palace theme song. Very nice one! =)

NG scenes.

My dad is going to leave for China this coming Sunday, and his flight is at 1.20 am. Wow, I can't believe that it's so early lah. Gosh, think I'll have to stay overnight at the airport. T_T Haha, luckily he will be staying there for about 5 days, can celebrate Christmas with him. =) Haha. now my mum is busy helping him to pack his luggage.

Got band today even though Ms Chan isn't here. As usual, we had to run 2.4km, but don't know what is wrong with me today. I got a really bad stomachache after running the 4th round. Then we also played Captain's Ball against percussion. Lol, we were too engrossed in playing until we also forgot our scores. At around 10.45 am, Swee Ying released us for a 1 hour lunch break. So we went to the nearby food centre to eat claypot rice. Haiz, the rice isn't that nice lah... because the chicken meat wasn't tender enough. Yucks. I regretted buying it lah. Luckily I shared that claypot with Jennie. Oops, I need to pay her back. =p Then after that we had sectionals. Sectionals went rather well lah... I took Kai Zhen today. zZz... she managed to play the running notes quite clearly lah, so hope she doesn't forget how to play it after the 1 week break. Zhi Yi was late as usual. Erm... not very late, it's very very late lah huh.

Sad lah, from next year onwards, we will have Saturday practices until SYF is over. Oh man, I seriously can't wait for SYF to be over lor. My Saturdays will be gone, and I can't play MapleStory for long anymore. Mrs Chak also want us to run 3 times a week lah, and Saturday runs are compulsory. What the... how to concentrate in class when we're all so sweaty and such? Why can't we just have PT on Fridays just like Choir? Not fair lah, other performing arts group don't have to do PT so often can? At this rate, I'm going to hate PT more and more lah. Mrs Chak wants us to do PT 2 times during the school days before school starts. What the... like I live very near the school lah can... that means I have to wake up at around 5.15 am. What an unearthly hour huh? I think I'm going to dread going to school, because band has killed my passion for it. >=( Heck about this band stuff now. No mood to talk about that now. Just mere thinking about it is going to make my blood boil again. ZZZ.

OK, I think I'm going to bake some cookies tomorrow. I also don't know why I suddenly feel like doing it, but after reading the Korean dessert recipe books, I feel like trying out the recipes inside. I've asked my mum to buy some wheat and rice flour, so await for my good news. I have a feeling that my cookies will taste good! =))

Top 10 dramas of 2006

Went to Lot 1 to have lunch with my grandma today. As usual, she bought so much food until I couldn't finish while she herself never eat anything. Got a stomachache after eating too much food. Haiz, why can't my stomach be as strong as Yoo-rin in My Girl? No matter how much she ate, she never got a stomachache. Left Food Junction at around 12.48 pm for piano lesson even though my piano lesson would only star at 3.30 pm. =p To kill time, I went to Popular and see some of the Korean dramas there. Nothing new lah. So I went to Poh Kim. zZz... Bad Family is retailing at $32.50, which is quite expensive since that show is only 16 episodes. Aiyoh, Poh Kim hasn't come out with part 2 of my Farewell to Sorrow VCDs. What the... I want to watch this drama, which is one of the top 10 dramas of 2006. I'll post the shows that made it to the top 10 positions for dramas later. Oh yes, did I mention that I want to be part of the Bad Family? Come on girl, be a bad girl and Santa will give you a very big present! Wow, this that true Santa? Hahaha, Hui En said that is was very funny. So I shall be a bad girl for now. Bad doesn't equals to evil right? Hopefully not. Anyway, my mother has shown some interest in that Bad Family show. She even went to watch the videos on YouTube. Haha, maybe I'll get my VCDs sooner or later. *crosses fingers and prays hard*

Top 10 Korean dramas of 2006
1. Joo Mong (朱蒙, MBC)
2. Peculiar Woman, Eccentric Man (aka Bizarre Bunch, KBS1)
3. Chil Princess (aka The Infamous Chil Sisters, KBS2)
4. Goodbye to Sadness (KBS2)
5. The Sky (aka Dear God, SBS)
6. Pure 19 (aka Pure in Heart, KBS1)
7. My Love Motnani (SBS)
8. The Ballad of Seo Dong (SBS)
9. My Girl (SBS)
10. Palace (MBC)

Sad lah, My Girl and Goong only got 9th and 10th place respectively. I thought that these 2 shows were really very good lor. But never mind, be glad that they made it to the top 10 dramas of 2006. Seriously, I think Jumong is the killer of all competitions. No other shows have been able to be on par with Jumong's. Don't need to talk about Korea's Mondays and Tuesdays 9.55 pm timeslot liao. Those shows in the same timeslot as Jumong will surely suffer dismal ratings. The question is, IS JUMONG REALLY THAT GOOD? I think it's really good. It's 8th episode already hit the 30% mark in Korea, and the 15th episode already hit the 40% mark. It's only the 7th drama in history since 2000 that move up the ratings chart so quickly. It even hit the 40% mark in Korea faster than Dae Jang Geum. Wow, if it can beat DJG's ratings, I think I'm going to faint, because so far, Dae Jang Geum is the best Korean drama I've ever watched. People in the online cafe of DJG are already admitting that Jumong is as good as DJG. I've been following Jumong very closely, like watching the preview dutifully every Sundays and Mondays. Haha, it really looks very cool lah. I got to admit that too. Oh well, too bad the VCDs aren't in Singapore yet, if not I'll be the first one to chase after Jumong. =)

Mummy! Can you please buy the Bad Family VCDs! Haha, that show really looks very funny! Geum Bo-ra, Im Hyun-sik and Yeo Woon-kye of Dae Jang Geum are inside! They're Jang-geum's foster parents and Lady Jung respectively. LOL. I can't imagine Lady Jung in a comedy after watching her in Dae Jang Geum, although I know that she has acted in My Lovely Sam-soon. Haha, it's a comedy. I hope it's as good as My Girl, or perhaps, even better. I heard that's this show is really good! =)) The Korean title is called 불량가족, or pronouced as "bul-ryang-ga-jok". The Chinese title used is 不良家族. Haha, both the Korean and Chinese pronouciation sound quite alike.

Haha, I went to Lot 1 with my sister today. Just went there for gorcery shopping and window shopping. I wanted to by more earrings and some accessories. Hmm, then me and my sister walked to every earring shop of Lot 1, but I still couldn't find one that I desired. Never mind then. I want that kind of Korean clothes accessories that both Jang-geum and Hwang Jin-yi wore on their hanboks! I want that! That kind of accessories are really colourful and stirking. I saw one similar one at Comic Connections, but that was too small. >.< I want one that I can hang somewhere like my bag or something. I think I really have to make a trip down to Korea if I really wanted that. But when can I go? ='(

zZz... had CCA as usual. Lol, as usual, I met Farah and Sarah at the Commonwealth bus stop. Lol, don't know why I always see them on my way to school. Anyway, I managed to get onto the bus 100 first. I think Sarah nearly couldn't board the bus. Haha, quite a few band mates couldn't get onto the bus, so they were late. Aiyah, you can't really blame them for not getting up the bus. The bus was really overloaded. =(

Then we had combined. Ms Chan went through the 2 set pieces with us, then finally she decided to let us play Singapore Sunrise! Yay! Just as I thought. That Safari piece is really boring me to death lah. It sounds quite pretty awful too since there were a lot of notes that clashed. We also had one part where we had to take out our mouthpiece and make some really noisy sound from it. Haha, at least in the 3rd clarinet score, we still get to play some running notes in Sunrise. So yeah! Sunrise all the way! =) Today's combined parctice was rather short, so I didn't really enjoy it. Haha, the good thing is, Ms Chan kept asking some sections to play their parts over and over again, so I had the "so-much" time to polish my instrument. Haha, I borrowed the polishing cloth from Ya Na and made my instrument really shiny! =) I just hate the scratches on my keys that's all. I also managed to polish Zhi Yi's instrument! Haha, thanks to me, her ligature is shinier than ever! I officially proclaim that I'm obsessed with polishing instruments! =))

After combined, we had sectionals. We practised on the set piece and the SYF piece. zZz... Wen Hui said that she wanted to test us on some parts for the SYF piece. Aiyah, made me so nervous lah can... she tested everybody one by one lor. So scary, just like last time Ms Chan tested our running notes one by one. Haha, this time it wasn't as scary as blowing the clarinet in front of Ms Chan. At that time, I couldn't even blow out the notes properly lah can. zZz... Ms Chan really struke terror in us. OK, back to Wen Hui testing us part F to G of our SYF piece. I could really see that many people were quite nervous. Most people had their hands shaking with nervousness. Then when it was my turn, I was really very nervous lah. I managed to play the first part, but after that I ran out of breath, and on top of that, I was already so nervous, so I didn't play my small notes clearly enough, and stumbled at the very last part of the whole thing. Damn it! Die lah, I must bring back the score and figure out where to breathe. Haha, another thing. I'm congratulating Chua Shi Xian for being able to play the high notes semiquavers. That's really good leh. All the notes came out! Woots!

I got something to say. Have more confidence in yourself. Don't get anything into your way. Don't be overwhelmed by the stress you're facing or whatsoever. When you're playing, just concentrate on playing and don't think about anything else. Hope she sees this, but I doubt she would.

My replies...

Nothing interesting really happened lah, so since I'm so bored, I'll reply tags here. Someone entertainment me please. I can't find anymore Hwang Jin-yi NG videos, so I can't laugh. I've also finished watching Lovers in Prague, so I got nothing to do. Mummy! Buy more K-drama VCDs please!!

[heling] Wow, thanks! I think many people like my blog song too! =D I never go to the concert because I had to go Bukit Panjang with my dad. =p The clarinettists were good? Haha, then in this way, you didn't waste your time going there lor. =)

[huien] Haha, thank you! Nice pictures, nicer OST, and nicest storyline. That's Hwang Jin-yi I think. There's a movie version of this show acted my Song Hye-gyo. Wahaha, I love Song Hye-gyo very much! =D Hwang Jin-yi rocks! So many people are obsessed with my blog song! x)

[vengyan] Ya, he's handsome no doubt. I think he more handsome in Hwang Jin-yi than in Lovers in Prague. I totally love his smile in Hwang Jin-yi lor! =D

[natasha] Haha, tag more often! Thank you for so loving my blog, because I know it rocks! Hahaha, just joking! =)

[grace] Ah-ha! Pass by more often yeah? Lol, you didn't realise I love K-dramas? I'm totally head-over-heels with them! =D I finished watching Lovers in Prague. Another good drama! Do watch it if you have the time, although I admit that it's still not as funny as My Girl. Go all the way, K-dramas! They rock! =D

[heling] Ya, I know you play very loud. But I don't think it's to the extent of screeching lah. Your tone is good what...

[Xin Ying] Haha, so which drama you want me to tell you spoilers? Do take a look at my 2nd latest post. Got Hwang Jin-yi's spoilers. Haha, just tell me which drama spoiler you want, then I'll post them here. Haha, but then, spoilers spoil the whole thing. Haha, so be warned! =D

[lb] Really ah? I don't know, because I didn't watch the match. Aiyah... what the... why must I have CCA the day after? If not I can stay up to watch the match lor. Oh ya, what level are you now for Maple?

End of replying tags, and also end of post. Good day and good night! =D

I just found some Hwang Jin-yi's NG scenes. Enjoy! They're really very funny! =DD Haha, took me quite a while to find the pictures and videos, so do appreciate it! =) The NG videos are really very funny! I was laughing all the time despite not knowing what they're saying half of the time. =p The official website is here: http://www.kbs.co.kr/drama/hwangjiny/index.html
The Olive9 production company website that produced Hwang Jin-yi is here: http://www.hwangjiny.com I admire Olive9 so much leh. They managed to produce both Jumong and Hwang Jin-yi, which are now currently occupying top spots in the TV ratings chart. The Olive9 Hwang Jin-yi site is really good! Do take a look! =DD

The official poster for Hwang Jin-yi.

The cast. From left: Jang Geun-seok, Ha Ji-won, Kim Young-ae and Kim Jae-won
Ha Ji-won is pretty!! =D

Ha Ji-won with her 4kg wig. @_@

Hwang Jin-yi in her teenage years.

Screencaps from the official website.

The whole cast at a press conference.

Ha Ji-won and Jang Geun-seok together. Jang Geun-seok played Jae-hee's younger borther in Lovers in Prague. Haha, he really looks quite cute leh! =D

Hwang Jin-yi and the younger version. LOL.
Ha Ji-won's Hwang Jin-yi costumes are really very striking. Very nice costumes they have. =D

Today had band again. First, we had sectionals until 11.30 am, then we had a lunch break. The whole clarinet section went to the food centre in front of the school. I didn't really eat much lah, because only 2 stalls were open, and that was the drinks stall and the claypot rice stall. There were so many people there. Haha, Gim Ling they all were so nice to share their food with us. =D Thanks a lot!

Then during combined, we practised quite a number of pieces. Argh, still have to work on running notes, but I didn't bring home my instrument because Zhi Yi wanted to take her file back home, so I have no scores to practice. Don't ask me why I don't have my own copy. I just don't know why. (o.O) Haha, I'm going to make sure I bring back my instrument next week. Then today Ms Chan dismissed us 1/2 hour earlier than usual.

Haha, so we took our time to keep our instrument. Haha, it turned out to be quite an interesting affair. We were discussing about the Asian Games, how China was so pro to get 87 golds, and how Singapore only got 2 gold medals. Haha, Singapore's 1st gold medal was form bowling. The 2nd one came from Tao Li. Haha, not bad lah! Too bad I didn't stay up to watch the badminton game between Xing Ai Ying and a Korean by the surname of Hwang (not too sure about her full name). My friends said that the game was quite good. Lol, Xing won the first game, but not the second and third game. Many people said that both players were really very good, but because Xing made a lot of wrong judgements (like thinking that the shuttlecock would be out of the court when in fact it landed in the court), she lost a lot of points to the Korean. So in the end, Xing lost the last game 18-21. Wow, that was really very close leh. Haha, I suppose that Korean must be one of Hwang Jin-yi's descendants. @_@

*Beware of spoilers*

Oh yes, talking about Hwang Jin-yi. I nearly cried, or you could say I teared, when I watched episode 18. Why?! WHY?! Why must it be Baek-moo? Why of all the people, Hwang Jin-yi chose to misunderstand Baek-moo, her mentor, the closest person to her? WHY??!! I really feel that Baek-moo is easily the most misunderstood person in the show. Please lor, Hwang Jin-yi, she did all those all for your own good! Yes, those who watched Dae Jang Geum, you should know what happened to Jang-geum's mentor, Lady Han, in the end. Guess what was Baek-moo's ending? Although I never watched the show in depth, one scene was already able to touch my heart. Kim Young-ae, I'll miss you. Don't ask me why. I sometimes feel that you're really like Lady Han although you look older =p. Hwang Jin-yi's scriptwriter is going to kill off more good characters liao. Be prepared. I also heard that Jumong's scriptwriter is going to kill off Lady Yoohwa !! And if they're going to base the show on historical facts, they might be killing off Suhsono too!! Oh well people, if you ever watch, watch episode 1 to 18, I really think that you'll feel like strangling Hwang Jin-yi. She sometimes can get really so stubborn. Her stubborness has also caused her mentor to...shan't continue lah. It's getting more and more depressing.

As I watch Lovers in Prague, I suddenly realised something. Jae-hee's youger brother actually acted as Eun-ho in Hwang Jin-yi! One of Jae-hee's students in the Prague class acted as the younger version of Hwang Jin-yi. See, I'm so fated with Hwang Jin-yi. =) I finish watching episode 8 of Lovers in Prague today. Going to watch more tomorrow. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for more Hwang Jin-yi episodes too.

I woke up at around 10 am today. Haha one of the earliest time I woke up since the holidays started. Haha, during the holidays, I can really sleep like a pig lah. I can wake up at almost 2 pm. Haha, not bad lah. But this is to compensate myself for sleeping late. I stayed up to watch the Asian Games. Lol. Enough about me sleeping lah. Time to talk about lunch.

We met my grandma and her maid at Bugis Junction's Seiyu. Haha, then we went to Restaurant Hoshigaoka to eat Japanese food. Haha, I had the cold noodles set. Yummy, I love the tempura a lot! The sushi wasn't bad too! I love Japanese food! Tempura rocks! Haha, my grandma spent about $87.30 on our lunch. Haha, it's quite expensive leh.

After lunch, we went to Vivo City because my sister wanted to go there since she hasn't been there before. We stayed there for quite a short time because I was having a cold and feeling very drowsy. Haha, by going home, I can watch Lovers in Prague mah... haha, watching the 5th episode already. =)

Haiz, there were problems with the My Girl VCDs, so my mummy has decided to change it to Lovers In Prague DVDs. Haha, actually it was me who wanted the Lovers In Prague VCDs, but since the VCDs weren't available, she got the DVDs. Then I watched the first 3 episodes. Haha, it was quite funny lah. But the guys in there are not as handsome as Gong-chan leh. I still prefer Gong-chan's looks. But the two girls in that show look really very pretty! Haha, the character that Jeon Do-yeon played was really good! I like her a lot! =D Lovers in Prague, rock on! =) I wanna go Prague! It's such a beautiful country (OK, as portrayed in the drama).

Then today there was an accident at the MRT station. Some crazy person commited suicide (I think) by throwing himself/herself into the tracks on the oncoming train. Aiyah, want to commit suicide just buy sleeping pills lor, why choose such a painful way to die? In the end, the North-South train services were disrupted for about 45 minutes. Haha, luckily I was taking the South-North trains. But because of that accident, the intervals between each train heading to Jurong East was about 7 minutes. Please lah, that's the normal waiting time for the off-peak hours. I missed two trains simply because there were too many people in there. The third train that I got into, I was also terribly squashed. >.<''' Bleahx, no fresh air. I was choking sia. The smell of smoke and liquor hung heavily in the air. Finally had fresh air when I was at Jurong East. It was equally crowded. @_@ No choice lah, I still have to reach school by 8.30 am, so I decided to compete with other people for the space. Haha, I was still late by 5 minutes lah. Haiz...enough said. Good byes. =/

Oh man, I'm falling in love with Hwang Jin-yi now. No wonder they call it the cultural pop icon of 2007. Even The Straits Time's "Speak Madarin" section also mentioned Hwang Jin-yi. Too bad I don't have KBSWorld to watch Hwang Jin-yi. Hope YouTube come out with the episodes soon. So far, I'm only able to watch the preview only. >.< I can't find episode 1's preview. If anybody has it, please tell me! Their hanboks are quite elegant. I pity Ha Ji-won sia, she has to wear a 4kg wig almost the whole day. @_@ The young Hwang Jin-yi is quite cute leh! And that boy has quite good looks. He's really very handsome looking. Falling in love with Hwang Jin-yi now. zZz... have to kidnap her liao. Police, don't catch me hor!

zZz...just received news that Jumong will be extended from it's current 60 episodes to 80 episodes. It will only end it's run in Korea in March next year. What on earth is going on? Eeyer, Song Il-gook ah... why did you agree to act in the extension? Bleah, you also complained that Jumong has robbed you of your sleep, and that you want to finish this show as soon as possible. zZz... oh yes, his mum had to persuade him to act in the extension, because he stubbornly refused. The Vice-President of MBC also had to talk to him. Alamak, you could have refused! What the... now I have to wait longer for the VCDs to be out in Singapore. I will die waiting for Jumong to be out on VCDs and to be shown on Channel U. You know how slow MCS is in showing K-dramas. @_@ But yes, I must admit that Jumong is getting more and more exciting. I've watched the preview on iMBC. Oh man, Sosuhno can fight!!! Wahaha, she's played by Han Hye-jin, the star of Be Strong, Geum-soon!. I'm loving Han Hye-jin more and more. She's so cool in Jumong can... I just can't believe that she stuck the sword into another person's throat. Wow... the pictures are here.

Haha, after viewinng the pictures of the very pretty Han Hye-jin, will you please care to listen, OK, wait, see, what I have to say. Haha, I'm going to tell you about my dream that I had. Yes, I dreamt that I was in Korea. Yes, Korea. I was in Seoul, and it was snowing there. Haha, then my family went to a noodle restaurant, and we thought we had difficulty communicating with the waitress. The waitress could reply us in very good English, and soon, our food was right in front of us. Haha, we enjoyed the noodles very much, and I ate a lot of kimchi. Haha, then I still remembered my father spent about W$50 000 on our dinner in the restaurant. We walked out of the restaurant feeling very contented. Lol, I kinda went mad, because I started dancing around and throwing snowballs at people. Haha, at that time, I really couldn't believe that I was really in Korea. Haiz, why must I wake up? Once I woke up, my beautiful dream was gone, and poof! I'm still in hot and stuffy Singapore. Gosh, I think My Girl really made me crazy over snow and Korea. Die liao, must go Korea soon if not I think I'm really going to go mad.

Today is the 1st of December. Only about 1 month left to slack before school reopens again. Honestly, I don't wish to see the holidays just fly past like that. I don't want to face the year 2007. I want the whole year to be Christmas, to be snowy. Just because I want the world to be like that. Sorry, I just adore Christmas too much. Hopefully I can finish watching Lovers In Prague before school reopens. Hmm, anyway, today wasn't a good day for me. I kept having stomach ache throughout the whole band practice. I don't know what I've eaten wrong, because I only remembered eating ice-pop for breakfast. @_@ Alright, then we had to practise our set piece. Aiyah, I think the set piece is just a waste of time. They were Sunrise and Night Safari. Actually Sunrise is quite nice lah, but Night Safari is totally a waste of time lor. The 3rd clarinets part had so many bars of rest until I can fall asleep lah. Then we had to take out our mothpiece and make some irritating noise with it. Gosh, I'm really going to to go deaf at this rate. zZz...no mood to blog now. What a horrble day is today. Hopefully, my days are going to get better.

Yay!! I've finally finished watching My Girl. That show totally rocks! It's really one of the best shows I've ever watched. OK, I know I've been saying that for almost every Korean drama that I watched, but oh well, who cares? Anyway, I must say that My Girl has helped me gotten over my Goong obsession. @_@ My Girl isn't as draggy as Goong lah, although it has its share of dark moments in it. Overall, there are not really many good-turn-bad characters in there. Everybody is lovable in there. And yes, My Girl made me appreciate snow more. I just totally love the snowy Seoul or Jeju. Oh man, Korea totally rocks! Their Christmas decorations plus the snowy scenery makes it a total perfect Christmas for me. Daddy Mummy, I want to go Korea!! Ok, enough crapping. I'm going to borrow the Lovers In Prague VCDs from the drink stall auntie again.

Just came back from the band camp. Wow, it ended 1/2 hour later than the scheduled time. I'm so tired now... but never mind, I'll still post. Bear with me, it's a rather long post.

I reached school at around 8 am today. Jennie saw me in my new haristyle, then she said she almost couldn't recognise me. @_@ Then they arranged us into groups. Haiz, I'm in group 8, and my group members are Daniel, Yinn Yann, Liang Shi Xian, Mu Rong, Jia Yi, Zhao Zhi and Cai Bei. Yi Shi was our mentor. zZz, Shi Xian came late as usual, so nobody from the clarinet section was with me until 11 am. Haha, the ice-breakers game was a bit lame lah, but we finished it quite quickly. Then we proceeded on with the games. I totally love the games so much!! They rock! We played games involving chairs, water bomb, spider web, entaglement and many others. Haha, then we tried to bribe the game masters by sweet-talking them. Haha, it was Daniel's idea anyway. Lol, then they really gave us 3 more points on average. I think one even gave us 5 points? I'm not quite sure though. =p

Then it was lunch. We had to use our own utensils and collect our food. Hmm, lunch wasn't that great. We only had rice, some yucky vegetables and curry chicken. But I love the drink very much! =) We had orange juice, and we could take as much as we wanted too. Nice! =D

But sadly, after lunch we had drills. zZz... it's 1.45 pm, and the sun was so strong. That's madness, anybody could have fainted. Then seniors came back and also took us for drills. Then my sweat keep dripping in my eye, then I couldn't see or do anything to wipe my sweat, because during drills, we were not suppose to fidget or do anything. zZz... drills was really pure torture lah. Luckily I didn't faint or anything. Haha... then we broke into our groups and we were suppose to polish our drills for the drills competition. Then Yi Shi scared me by asking me to command our group for the drills competition. She said that Beatrice (DM of 2004) wanted me to command the group. Got scared out of my wits lah, I freaked out lor. Imagine if someone just ask you to command the group and you don't know how to say the commands well enough. zZz... I only know how to follow commands, I don't know how to say them properly. My pronouciation isn't good enough. As Wen Hui once said, now then I know that I'm a Chinese, not a Malay. Thank goodness my group members were very encouraging to me. Haha, special thanks to Yi Shi, Yinn Yann, Mu Rong, Cai Bei and Anthony for teaching me the commands. Beatrice was the judge for the competition, but I didn't even know that the competition was over until someone went to ask. Lol, Beatrice only walked around with her score sheet, and probably only observed us from afar. Haha, probably she didn't want us to feel stressed, but I'm already so stressed out when she asked me to be the commander.

After that, we had to go back to our section and get ready for the section item. Haha, we only prepared our section item about only 1 hour before the actual performance. Haha, Wen Hui and Gim Ling are so pro, they can think of the dance steps in just a matter of minutes. They can also dance very well too! After we came out for the dance steps for our SpongeBob song, we went to have dinner.

Haha, dinner was rather good, because we had chicken chop, with free flow of fries and coleslaw. Yummy yum yum! I love it! The fries were abit hard though. =x Haha, got orange juice again!! Yay!! I'm crazy over orange juice now! =D But soon, it was 6.45 pm, then we had our campfire. We performed our section item. Haha, I thought that it was rather well done as that was our last minute work. Luckily everything went well. A bit sian to watch other sections' performance, but still, the show had to go on. Finally, 9 pm came. We sat back with our groups, then the teachers annouced the results for the games + drills competition. The group that came in first was group 2, which was Wen Hui's group. Haha, their group cheer was so funny. They had the "Fish You!" in their cheer. Haha, and guess what? My group came in 2nd! Woots!! Haha, we chose to clean up the toilets behind the canteen. Lol, there was nothing to clear lah, because the cleaners did their job! Good job!! =D Haha, can finally go home liao. Byes, and thanks for reading this extremely long post. =)

Haiz, I don't know what's wrong, but there wasn't suppose to be any CCA today, but at the last minute, my seniors called me up and said that the practice would be until 12.30 pm. Then after that, we only got dismissed at around 5.30 pm. zZz... what a horrible day was today. First, we had PT. Sianz, got to run 2.4 km again, and then after that we had drills until about 12 pm. Gosh, I think I'm totally hopeless in drills. OK, I can follow commands, but I think I'm always lagging, and I can't march properly. My hands and legs just don't coordinate well enough. At first Wen Hui was supposed to correct me, then after that the Sec 4s came back, so Cindy and Anthony decided to take me. Haha, Anthony just took me for a while before Cindy came over. Haha, must say that Cindy was really patient with me yeah. Lol, commited a lot of silly mistakes, but she still kept asking me to try all over again, haha, she never gave up on me. =D Haha, then I can make it for the first few steps, but after that, my hands and legs didn't work together again, so Swee Ying and Cindy have to help me move my hands while I march. Lol, I'm a humanoid. Xp But thanks to Cindy, I managed to get my marching right!! And yeah, Swee Ying also clapped after I managed to march properly. Haha, thanks for all the encouragement!! =)) At around 12.30 pm, Swee Ying gave us a 1 hour lunch break, so a few of us decided to go HarbourFront and eat at Yoshinoya. Haha, then me and Jennie ordered the Salmon set, then He Ling ordered chicken? Correct me if I'm wrong. Then don't know what's wrong with Farah, she ate so little... only a plate of waffle fries and popcorn chicken? Farah, you're already skinny enough. Stop starving yourself huh... @_@ Haha, enough of crapping about my trip to HarbourFront.

Then after that, we went back to school for the inter-section captain ball championship. Lol, they also organised this kind of thing. Haha, we narrowly won when we played against the people from oboe, basson and saxophone. And it's so obvious, we lost to the bass section because they had too many tall people. >.< Then soon it was 5 pm. Lol, they decided to have 3 champions, so they were bass, french horn and euphonium. Haiz, have to go back for band camp tomorrow. I have to reach school by 8 am and only go home at 9 pm. Sad lah, my legs are already aching from the drills we have. I think they'll hurt more when I come back tomorrow. @_@

Then watched forgot-which episode of My Girl. Gong-chan said that he couldn't lie to himself, so he go hug Yoo-rin. Aiya, he never say "I love you" lah, but still, the meaning is there. Haha, people, if you love me, give me more hugs hor!! =DD Going crazy over My Girl now. LOL, people still ask me who is my girl. They thought I was going out with another girl. -.-

Anway, I cut my hair today. Haha, me and my mum went to Sunshine Place and cut, thinking that it'll be cheaper. In the end, my mum still paid $12 for my haircut, which was rather expensive because the hair shop opposite my place only cost $8. Haha, I cut my hair short and layered it, and I now have a fringe too. Haha, I think it looks quite nice on me, and I feel more light-headed now. Haha, that's so nice! =D OK, enough of crapping now. Bye bye!! =D

I'm going to reply tags over there.

[elainnex] Haha, since you wished me a Merry Christmas, I expect presents from you yeah? Haha, joking lah, just a card will do!! =) And yes, I promise to tag more ofen if I have the time. Thanks for giving me 2 hugs!! I love you too!! =)

[heling] Lol, since you're a spammer, do spam more often. I love spam!! =D And yes, I agree that the practice was really quite shiok lah... and thanks for your encouragement!! I can do it!! =) I'll tag later!! =D

[sinyee] Haha, thank you!! Oh yes, this song in my blog is the theme song of another K-drama, called Hwang Jin-yi. Glad you love it!! =DD

[SM] You've been slacking ah? You should be called "Slacker Maniac" lah, not Ser Ming... LOL... never mind, I forgot you're a gay. Continue gay-ing!! =p

Haha, finished watching episode 11 of My Girl. I must still say that it's still very nice to watch. Yoo-rin never failed to get me laughing. And I think Gong-chan is very handsome!! <333 Aiyo, in every K-drama that I watch, there will be at least 1 handsome guy and a few pretty girls inside. Haha, how did they get their shuai ges huh? Lol, anyway, I want to find out the ending theme of My Girl. I think that is totally fabulous!! That song totally rocks! Can anybody who knows tell me the name? Oh yes, Yoo-rin confessed that she liked Gong-chan, but Gong-chan was not there to listen!! Aww... that is so pitiful!!! Gong-chan also like her, but haiz, that's forbidden love between them lah. Oh man, it makes my heart break when they like each other, yet they cannot confess because they're supposed to be "brother-sister" relationship. Yikes... more to be continued... Gong-chan, faster tell Yoo-rin you like her leh... Jung-woong is going to propose to her!! Faster tell her you like Yoo-rin!! Go go, Gong-chan!! You can do it!!! =DDDD

Haha, I watched until episode 6 for My Girl today. I know it's a bit slow, but never mind. That show totally rocks can!! I simply love it!!! <3333 One of the most hilarious comedy I've ever watched. Lol, I really love Yoo-rin lots and lots!! Gong-chan rocks too!! I love the both of them!! The OST rocks too!! Haha, if you have the time, do watch My Girl... the show totally rocks!! Haha, even the Grandpa is so funny!!! =DDD I can't remember how many times I've laughed... Wahaha...going crazy now..... xP

I had band practice today again. zZz... this time it was until 3 pm. But I quite like today's practice lah, not as boring as I thought. Ms Chan went through the SYF piece with us, haha, then because the percussion section got 2 new PRCs, then the whole percussion section suddenly came alive. Lol, I like the way they played their part in the SYF piece. It's such a refreshing change from their last time "dead" playing. Lol, no offence, but that's how I felt. Lol, Zhi Yi and I nearly got a heart attack when we heard them play. Wow, it was really good lor, and even Ms Chan never really commented on the percussion today, which she usually does. Haha, hope they can keep up the good work! =) Everybody must jiayou wor!! =D

Then after that, we had sectionals. Gim Ling took us for thirds. Bleah, can't really play the running notes well lah, sometimes my notes come out and sometimes they don't. Oh well, got to practice more. Honestly, thirds may be less challenging then the first part in terms of notes and such, but it's still poses a challenge to me. =x Haiz, got to work on all my running notes. Basically, it's just my problem with the running notes. Otherwise, I thought the whole piece was rather alright. =)

And yay! I borrowed My Girl from the drink stall auntie!! And I've watched 2 episodes of it!! Haha, it's really so funny lor!! Yoo-rin is so good at acting!! She can cheat people without batting an eyelid. Wow, that's really impressive! I really admire her!! I haven't seen anything good in Gong-chan's and Jung-woong's character yet, but I'm slowly drawn to Gong-chan. Somehow or rather, I don't know why I find him so handsome! =D Jung-woong is played by Korea's pretty boy Lee Joon-ki, but I don't really like him that much because he looks too girly. But oh man, in this drama, his fighting skills are excellent! It's true, I was like "WOW!! He can fight!!" Excellent fighting skills he has, I must say. Haha, going to chiong My Girl now. Byes.

Yay! I've finally changed my blogskin after such a long period of time. Christmas has arrived early for me, haha, 1 month 2 days to be precise. But after all, I'm in the holiday mood, so might as well change my blogskin to a Christmas-themed one. After all, Christmas is my favourite festival of the year. Hope you like this skin. =)

Anyway, today was the release of PSLE results. Bleah, my sister didn't really do very well lah, so she can't go RV. But never mind, just do better then next time lor... after all, failure is the mother of success. Just treat this time as a rude awakening for you, and stop slacking lor... should be able to succeed bah... Jiayou!

zZz... got tagged by Natasha to do it, haha, then I very bo liao, so I went to do it. Haha, and since I'm so bo liao, I'm going to sabotage people into doing it. Haha, if you don't do it, you get it. Geddit? Bleahx... here goes.

1. Single, taken or crushing?
Single lah... duh...

2. Are you happy with your life now?
Currently, I'm quite contented with my life, though I wish my mum would buy more K-drama VCDs, and suscribe to Starhub Cable TV in order to get KBSWorld. =p

3. When you meet the right person, will you fall for him/her fast?
See first lah...actually, I'm not sure. >.<

4. Have you had your heart broken?
No lah... I don't think so... wait... watching touching scenes in Korean dramas counted or not? I even cried until very jia lat leh... counted?

5. Do you believe there are circumstances where cheating in love is acceptable?
Probably there will be circumstances like that, but I still think that being faithful is the best. =D

6. Would you talk to someone back if he/she cheats on you?
Ya, must be forgiving lah. If not, you'll have a lot of stress and just keep thinking about revenge. Don't be like the bad people in Korean dramas where they keep plotting against each other, and in the end, they lose everything.

7. Have you talked to another person about marriage
Eh, excuse me? How old am I huh? @_@

8. Do you want children?
Yes, I adore kids, but can I don't take care of them? I think it's troublesome. =p I just want to play with them. =)

-qn 9 leh? -

10. Would you consider adoption?
I don't think so, a lot of legal complications are involved. Like what happened to Madonna and those big stars. They want to make people know that they are good-hearted, but they end up in the newspapers for the wrong reason. =p

11. If someone likes you right now, what do you think to let you know how him/her feelings?
Erm... tell me truthfully. But most probably I'll just take that as a joke, because I believe nobody has fallen for me yet. =p

12. Do you enjoy getting into relationships?
HUH??!! What stupid question is this? I don't know how to answer leh...lame sia.

13. Be honest. What did you and your ex do?
HUH??!! I haven't even stead yet how to have ex? ?_?

14. Do you believe in love at first sight?
Oo...Korean dramas ARE famous for all these... oh well, maybe yes. But again, you must be clear that sometimes I can't differeciate TV shows from real life. ^_^

15. Are you romantic?
No. I'm quite rough actually. >_>

16. Do you believe you can change someone?
Yes. I've gotten people close to me to be hooked on Korean dramas. Haha, because I'm the K-drama princess. Haha, joking lah. But since then, people around me has been affected by Korean dramas in one way or another. =)

17. If you could marry somewhere. Where would it be?
KOREA!!!!! JEJU ISLAND TO BE PRECISE!!! I JUST LOVE THAT PLACE THERE!!! =DDDD Oh yes, and it's a famous spot for honey-mooners... <3333

18. Do you easily give in when you're fighting?
No. I'll fight till I get what I want. But sometimes when there are special circumstances, I'll probably sacrifice a bit. =p

19. Do you have feelings for someone right now?
No. I'm feeling very bored now. This survey is boring me to death. Can I watch my Korean dramas now?

20. Have you ever wished you could have someone but you messed it up?
HUH??!! I messed that person up? Or what?

21. Have you broken a heart?
Me? No lah... I'm a good person. =)

22. On the day if your best friend fall in love with he/she that you are deeply in love with.
If that person never say he like me, then I'll just let it go. Love only exists when both parties like each other. (Learn from K-dramas one)

23. Are you missing someone right now?
All my darling 2 DOMers and characters from my K-dramas. xDDDD

Haha, today I had to reach school at 7.30 am for physical training again. But today's exercise was more strenous than last week's, but I enjoyed today's exercise more. We ran 2.4km nearly non-stop today, and also played captain's ball. Lol, we were playing against percussion, and we were close to losing until Qiao En, Melvin and Lester came and helped us out. To sum it all up, I enjoyed today's PT very much. -_-|||

Then today we changed sub-section. Bleah, I went to 3rds. Sianz, I miss 1st so much, at least you get to play the melody. Haha, but the good thing about not being in 1st is that you don't have to keep staring at Ms Chan, and Ms Chan won't keep staring at you if you make mistake. But 3rds is very boring leh...zZz... never mind, at least Jia Yi and Zhi Yi are in 3rds too, and Farah and Liang Shi Xian are just sitting right in front of me. =) Congratulations to Chua Shi Xian and Jennie for being in 1st. Jiayou ok? The seniors you have are all very pro people leh! They will help you de!! Lol, and Shi Xian, be nice to Qiao En lah, must share with him your scores ok? =D Jennie, have more confidence in yourself. You can do it de!! =D Everybody, we shall chiong together for SYF. Rock on!!

zZz...watched a lot of TV today, and yes, I also leveled up today!! YAY!! I'm finally level 51!! Congratulate me... ok, I'm laming here. Anyway, my mum and dad went to Vivo City and yes, they've finally gotten the digital camera!! Yay!! I'ms o happy now!! It's a Canon PowerShot 540, which is a camera with 6 megapixels and 4x optical zoom for only $399. Haha, it's quite a deal. OK, bye for now. I go and play with the camera liao.

Haha, the people who went to New Zealand are finally back! Welcome back to Singapore!! Lol, they complained that Singapore isn't better than NZ. Oh well, I agree. But still, must come back right? Haha, enough of talking crap here. Holidays are really boring... I realised that yesterday, I even switched to Kids Central and watched the cartoons there. Haiz, I really have nothing to do lor, then I watched Bob the Builder. A bit childish, yes, but I still enjoyed the show. I want KBS World!! I really want it so badly!! How come I don't have cable??!! ARGH!! KBS World is showing a lot of new Korean dramas now!!!! I want to watch Dae Jo Young, I want to watch Hwang Jin Yi, I want to watch Cloud Stairways, I want to watch The Infamous Chil Sisters!! Oh man, there is so many shows I want to watch. Oh yes, why don't they have MBC world? If not, I could have watched my Jumong!! AHH!! Jumong!! OK, I've gone a bit loony due to boredom. Somebody entertain me please... if not I may have to resort to kidnapping Hwang Jin Yi from the website. @_@

YAY!! This is my 150th post. Haha, still quite a long way to my 200th post, but nevermind, I'll hit the 200th post sooner or later! =) Anyway, Hui En wanted me to go with her to buy the Goong polka cards, so I met her at 12pm at Choa Chu Kang MRT station. Then I wanted to go KFC to eat because of the cheap Shroom burger meal, but luckily Hui En got some SingTel SIM card that enabled us to have a free 2 piece chicken meal. Then Hui En got 2 cards mah, so we ended up eating free lunch! Yummy! =D

After that, we went to Comic Connections to buy her Goong polka cards. zZz...the cards cost $4.80, which I thought was quite expensive, considering that the normal polka cards cost a mere $2. But the cards got pictures of Goong lor, what do you expect? Anyway, saw a lot of Korean-related magazines there!! =DD They also feature a lot of Korean stars and drama, and I saw my darling Jumong there!! <33 Sadly, the magazines cost a whopping $10.90. Bleahx, no money to buy it lah, if it was $2, I might consider buying it. Oh yes, Jumong has hit 50% in Korea liao. FINALLY... yeah... fianlly... time to rejoice liao. Hope Jumong can continue maintaining the 50% rating... =) Rock on, Jumong!

Aiyo!! I really hate today so much!! Today's band practice was really boring... argh!! At first, sectionals weren't really that boring, but after that, when we went for combined, my nose was terribly blocked, so I had a hard time playing and trying to concentrate. Then Ms Chan also worked with us in detail for the SYF piece. Haiz, I know that this is for our own good, but going through the same part over and over again makes me feel very tired. @_@ The Prelude and Fugue in Bb Major we played today was also terribly boring. We had to play the same thing same rhythm over and over again. Another sian thing that I did today. Ewww, the worse thing is, I have to report to school on Friday at 7.30am for the dumb PT we have. Walao... it's just as good as a school day liao... I curse today!! Terribly pissed off now...

Today I went to Concord Primary School for the inter-school frienship programme. Haha, actually the whole thing lasted from 8.30am to 12.45pm, and we had to teach those pupils things about the chinese culture. Actually, me, Hui En, Natasha, Si Lin, Yan Tong, Pei Xuan and Jonathan were chosen to go, but don't know why in the end, Pei Xuan and Jonathan never turned up. In the end, other classes got about 8 people, and we were the only pathetic class with only 5. Concord Primary School is actually quite nice lah, they got those koi ponds and such, but I thought the school was rather small as compared to De La Salle. Haha, I'm being biased, but that's true lah. Oh anyway, Yan Tong gave me a handphone keychain from China. Thanks a lot!! =))

So the activity began. First, we had the paper-cutting activity. Lol, it looks complicated, but it's actually very simple! Haha, if you're interested to know, just come and look for me! =D After that, we had a break. Lol, don't know what's up with Hui En. She jut kept eating eating and eating non-stop. @_@ After that, we had to clour some masks or something. That was quite boring lah, but soon, it was time for us to teach those pupils the art of knot tying. I totally love this segment of the whole programme. I love knot tying!! The knots really looked very elegant!! =))

After the whole programme has ended, me, Hui and Natasha went to Bugis. We were supposed to go to the National Library there and look at some exhibition. Haiz, I didn't really enjoy the exhibition, because I thought it was boring. The worse thing was, we had to write a report about what we have learnt and some other crap. What a crappy school I study in. (>.<) But nevermind, after that we went to Bugis Junction and had a high time there!! We also took some neoprints and had afternoon tea at McDonald's. Haha, then it was already quite late liao, so after that, we went home. End of story. Byes!

Thank you guys!

zZz...holidays are really getting boring, though I thank the fact that I don't have to wake up at unearthly hours everyday. Anyway, tomorrow I have to go to Concord Primary School to teach those peeps there the act of cutting chinese words out of paper. I didn't go for the lesson on how to cut words, because I had my piano lesson. zZz...don't know how I'm going to manage. I'm not sure if Hui En has forgotten how to do it too. Haha, nevermind lah, go there just for CIP hours lor...

Oh yes, I wish to thank those people who have consoled and asked how I was. Guess I don't have to put that incident in my heart, so now, I therefore proclaim that I am back to my siao siao personality (Haha, I'm trying to talk in the royal style... kenna influenced by Dae Jang Geum and Goong liao >.<). Well, at least, I don't feel so moody nowadays.

Then today, my parents went out to look for a digital camera, but they never came back with it lah...haiz, I really want a digital camera soon! Anyway, time to update people on what has happened to dreamlucky in MapleStory. I'm proud to announce that dreamlucky has leveled to level 50 yesterday, at 4.03pm. Today, because of the so-much-time she has, she is also proud to announce that she is already 40% of level 50, which means that she will level up another time this week. Let's wish her all the best of luck, while she's fighting for her life and level at Lost Time [1] in Ludibrium. Oh yes, apparently, she's not taking it to heart, because no MapleStory background is keeping her occupied. Instead, Hwang Jin-yi's and Jumong's OSTs will keep her occupied until she finds another K-drama OST. Once again, let's wish her the best of lucky during her journey to another level.

Just realised that I shouldn't make my holidays a moody one by thinking about stuff that happened so long ago, so today, instead of feeling down, I was very hyper today!! Perhaps it's because I've found something to keep my self occupied with. I'm so pleased with myself! I've managed to find Hwang Jin-yi's and Jumong's second OST!! Oh man, the OST is soooo perfect!! Especially Hwang Jin-yi's one! I'm so in love with the songs inside! Haha, going to change my blog song to Hwang Jin-yi's one soon!! I just love K-drama OSTs!! Rock on! =DD

Why are you like this?

Haiz, I don't know why I've been feeling so moody nowadays. The surrounding air around me is really very cold, and I'm shivering. It rained very heavily at Jurong today, and I felt like going out to the rain, getting myself drenched to the core. I feel very tired, really very tired. I keep playing the sad Korean songs in my head, over and over again. I feel that they were the only songs which could best convey my feelings now.

I feel as if the whole world is against me. I want to find somebody to talk about my problems, but there is no one in this world that I can trust. One betrayal after another, I've learnt to be more wary of people around me. It's not that I don't want to be more sociable, it's circumstances that forced me to be like this. What now? I can only trust my toy, who has been with me through thick and thin, and never once betrayed me. Yeah, that's the good thing about non living things. They never betray you till the very last. Why can't human beings be like that too?

What happened so many years ago, is now happening to me all over again. Why must it be me? I can feel that I'm being so fake, trying to force myself to laugh or smile at something which I don't think it's funny at all. While other people have so many things to talk about, I have nothing to say, or reply. Perhaps right from the start, I'm meant to be different from others. Right from the start, I'm not suppose to fit in. Right from the start, I'm meant to be a loner. Right from the start, maybe I shouldn't have been born. Why must I always see history repeating itself, right in front of my eyes?

How I wish the holidays weren't here. Because of the too-much time I have now, many unhappy memories come flooding back. Because of all these unhappy memories, I've become more positively pessimistic. Giving the cold shoulder to everybody isn't the thing to do too. It will only spoil my relationship with those people too. Hey, but who cares, when I can feel that those people are making life difficult for me, when they're going all out to make the past haunt me again and again? I try to be happy, try to be as nice to people as I can, for fear that I'll get hurt again, but see what happens? Last time, I thought that it was my fault, but now, as I think back, the one at fault is YOU, not me!

Who was the one who started giving me the cold shoulder first? Who was the one who started to talk to almost everybody but me? Honestly, what have I done? I really still don't know. Oh well, I see no point in treating people nicely, because they're not worth it! Time to treat Lilo nicely and not to torture her. Say byebye to the me you once knew. Don't say hello to her if you see her on the streets or anywhere else, because she's going to pretend that she doesn't know you. ='(

Hmm, had CCA as usual, but today's practice was more boring... I had to reach school by 8.30 am, and then after that, when Ms Chan came, she spent a lot of time on tuning, haha, so that was why today's band practice was rather boring. Haha, and must say sorry for my rather-sucky attitude today. Just wasn't in the right mood today lah, so sorry for being such a wet blanket. Oh yes, and I must congratulate Jia Yi for making it to the SYF!! Woots, she's playing the piano part of the SYF piece, haha, so her role will be a very important one. JIAYOU JIA YI!! You can do it!! Haha, the piano score got 4 pages, and I suppose she has to play the harp part too. Haha, it's really a tough job for her, but yes, she can do it!! Haha, Sec 1 only can get into SYF liao, not bad! And pro pianist, the band will depend on you!! =)) All the best of luck! =)

Haha, I wanted to blog yesterday, but I forgot about what I wanted to blog, so I decided to forget about blogging. Then never mind, I shall blog about what I wanted to blog about yesterday over here.

Yes, about Dae Jang Geum. Yesterday's episode totally rocks can!! I just love my Lady Han!! Oh my goodness, she really rocks man!! The other Kitchen Ladies refused to acknowledge her as their Top Lady because they were under the instigation of Lady Choi, so they boycotted her, and refused to obey her. At that time, I was feeling so sorry for Lady Han. I mean, it wasn't her fault that she didn't take part in the competition. She was kidnapped by Lady Choi's brother. Haiz, then at some times, Lady Han wanted to give up her Top Lady position. Haha, then I was like Jang-geum, I was telling her in my heart that she cannot give up her position just like that. Just when Lady Han wanted to tell the Queen Mother that she wanted to give up her postion, Jang-geum managed to knock some sense into her. Lol, guess that was what motivated Lady Han to move on, because Jang-geum mentioned that she would never like a mentor who gives up so easily.

Haha, so Lady Han went to see the Queen Mother, and asked for another competition again. And yes, the competition was held, and my darling Lady Han won!! Woots!! LADY HAN!! YOU DID IT!! WAY TO GO MAMANIM!! I LOVE YOU!! Then when the Queen annouced that she won the competition, the background music was like, wow, SO GRAND!! I could feel the joy of Lady Han and Jang-geum and the others who supported Lady Han. I was really happy for Lady Han lor, and I nearly shouted "I love you, Mamanim!!". I could have jumped up for joy if not for mother who was also watching. She'll think that I'm mad! Yeah, so now, Lady Han is now the Top Lady. 사랑해요, 한상궁 마마님!!

OK, enough of my Dae Jang Geum talk. Now time to reply the tags! =)
[vengyan] Walao, you dare to log on to MSN in school ah?
[Xin Ying] Haha, thanks for sending me the Parrot song too! I've linked you already. =))
[jennie] Haha, if you're sianz, go play Maple! =) Or do homework...actually, I'm also feeling rather bored at home ='(
[zhiyi] ZY has been slacking ah? Lol, actually, this isn't much lah, I just want to pia all my hw so that I can play. =)
[elainnexx] Lol, you distort your name until I also dunno how to pronouce leh. I don't mind you tagging me 3 times. Do tag more often though.
[huien] Lol, can create my own drama liao. Haha, going to write comedy scrpit! Haha, just joking lah... >.<
[heling] Haha, I also don't know that I cannot say it. =/ Oh ya, but you tagged halfway leh...what you want to say? Oh yes, and can lend me the Hearts and Voice score? Thanks! =)
[vengyan] Your camp food got caterillars a not? Anyway, mum's fried chicken was quite nice lah, though it was a bit heaty.
[SM] Haha, I'm not so petty lah...a pity you didn't get drenched though... =p

I went to Vivo City today. Haha, this is my second trip there. Last time I didn't get to explore the whole place because some places where still under renovation, but today, when I went there, almost all the shops were opened!! Yay!! I really love Vivo City. It's really one of the best shopping malls that Singapore can offer. They have this food court on either the 3rd or 4th floor which is called Food Republic. Wow, that place really dates back to the 1940s. Even the stall-holders there dress as if they really belong to that era. Unfortunately, the prices there aren't the 1940 food prices where you can get food for about $0.20 or less. Bleah, the food they see is about more than 20 times the price. =/ Haha, that brings us back to reality. Food is no longer cheap people. =p Haha, shall end my post here. Byes.

Haha, it's quite late now, so today's post will be a short and sweet one. And yes, I've finally finished reading one of the two chinese books I'm supposed to read! Haha, what a sense of accomplishment. Actually, the book is quite nice lah, I recommend that you read it if you have the time. Haha, you can borrow it from me. =) I will try to complete my other homework tomorrow. Good night.

WOW!! I woke up at 12.30pm today!! Haha, I think I really broke my own record, did I? Anyway, nothing much happened today, my sister is still having her camp at Sentosa, so my mother wanted to go Lot 1 Popular to get my A Maths textbook, senior english skills builder, and the 2 history books. Bleah, Popular is so useless...out of all the 6 books that I need, only 2 books are available, and that is the higher chinese books. @_@ Haiz, so tomorrow, I have to make a trip down to the school bookshop, so I'll have to wake up earlier tomorrow. -.- Alright, enough of blogging for now. Good night!

Haha, after a long break, there is finally CCA!! Haha, I happened to meet Liang Shi Xian at the Jurong East bus interchange, then she told me to go to Jurong Entertainmetn Centre to look for Chua Shi Xian, Claire, Jennie and Candy. Lol, we found them on the 2nd floor eating their lunch. Haha, then Liand Shi Xian hasn't eaten her lunch, so she went to find food. But by the time we left JEC, it was already 1.15pm, and CCA was suppose to start at 1.30pm. Lol, we knew that taking 97 would take a very long time, and by the time we reached there, we would be late, and we have to do pumping. @_@ After much deliberation, we decided to take a taxi to school. Haha, so I shared a taxi with the 2 Shi Xians. Luckily taking the taxi only took us about 10 minutes, haha, if not the $7.60 taxi fare would not be worth it. Sadly, Jennie, Claire and Candy still reached school earlier than us. Hmmph, was still thinking that we could reach school earlier.

Then we had sectionals on the SYF piece first, before going up for combine later. Haha, I think Ive changed my views on the SYF piece this time. After listening to the disc playing S***** M**** D*******, I thought the piece was rather nice, although the faulty radio spoiled the whole thing. -.- Haha. Then Ms Chan spent the rest of the time going through with us the SYF piece. Haha, quite like the piece now. =) But there's a lot of running notes and high notes that I must figure out by myself. Hope I can get into the SYF next year!! =)

Haha, and a funny thing happened today. I was helping to clear the table after dinner, so I wrapped up the newspapers and threw them away. OK, then at around 9.30pm, my father was wondering where the TV remote controller was, because he searched everywhere, but could not find it. Then my mother suddenly remembered me putting the controller on the table to hold the newspapers, so she had to searched through the dustbin, and tadaa, the controller was inside the bin. -.-||| This is downright careless of me. Haha!! =D

I woke up rather late today, at around 11.30 am. Haha, long time never sleep until so late liao. I felt really refreshed today!! =) Anyway, it rained pretty heavily today, so much so that part of CCK interchange was flooded. I had to meet Ser Ming at Choa Chu Kang MRT station because I needed him to pass my grade 8 theory book to Jennings. Then I waited for almost 15 minutes then Ser Ming finally came. Haha, how nice to make me wait... @_@ Anyway, good luck for your grade 8 theory exam next year, Jennings!! All the best to you!

Anyway, I didn't really do anything constructive today, except for reading 100 pages of the chinese book I was suppose to read. Haha, I was shopping at Lot 1 until about 4.30pm, then I went home to play Maple. I'm finally in Omega Sector!! =) Actually, the monsters aren't really that hard to kill. Most monsters I've killed only needed at most 3 cold beam to KO them. Haha, I can train quite fast over there. =) There's CCA tomorrow. I cannot slack as much already. Everybody jia you!! =))

Haiz, there is so much holiday assignments to be done. This is really total crap lah!! Please lor, this is the end-of-year holidays, and yet we still have so much work to be done??!! I don't know whether I should do the homework, because last year, the different departments also set the holiday homework for us, but in the end, they never check or collect it. It just seems that the various departments are just trying to keep our brains working, and keep us occupied. Haha, honestly, holidays can get quite boring without anything to do. Haha, somebody ask me out please! I'm really thinking of going ice-skating, but see whether it clashes with my CCA dates first.

Anyway, I've updated my wishlist. I added more hit Korean dramas of 2006. Hopefully, they will find their way to Singapore. I wanna own them!! =)) Anyway, included in my wishlist is also the holiday homework that I must finish. Wish me luck, people. I don't want to die doing them... ='( OK lah, I shall stop here. Good night!

I've finally chosen my subject combination for next year. Haha, so besides the 5 core subjects, namely language arts, higher chinese, elementary and additional maths and Singapore comparison studies, I'm taking 1 more art subject and double sciences. Haiz, actually I wanted to take only 1 science and 2 arts, but my mother forced me to take science, saying that without science, I wouldn't be able to survive in the outside world. Oh well, maybe I can't run away from science. Haiz, the more I want to run away from science, the more it'll stick to me. I also helped Natasha to fill out her form, because her computer got some problem lah, cannot submit the survey. Haha.

Anyway, today's Dae Jang Geum episodes were really interesting!! Totally love it!! It was about the competition between Lady Han and Lady Choi. Lol, then in the end, Lady Han got kidnapped by Lady Choi's brother's men. Argh!! How under-handed can their methods get? Haha, but anyway, life is been quite good for me!! =)) Korean dramas day in and day out, that's totally COOL!! Princess Hours from Mondays to Fridays, and Dae Jang Geum on Saturdays and Sundays!! Life totally rocks for now, but just hope that stupid MCS will broadcast Be Strong, Geum-soon! soon!! I want to see the female lead who acted in Jumong, and I want to see my Lady Han!! =)) OK, that's all for now. Byebye!! =)

Phew!! Finally, my theory exam is over!! Woots!! =) Time to relax liao!! =)) Actually, the theory exam this time round wasn't as difficult as last year's one I thought. At least this time round, question 2, 4 and 5 were much easier than last year's grade 7 questions. For question 2, I merely copied everything, and for question 4 and 5, I'm quite sure that I got all the terms right. =) I hope to get at least a merit this time round. I have confidence that I'll do better than last year. Hope for the best! =)

I watched Goong 1.5 on YouTube yesterday. I must say that the NG scenes were really very funny!! =DD Really worth watching!! No wonder they came up with the VCD for this too!! Lol, and Lady Choi CAN DANCE!!! And quite well too!! DA CHIOBU, I LOVE YOU!!! =))) I post the video here!! =) Haha, I suggest you just watch the whole thing on YouTube, no need to go and buy lah. But it's in Korean, so you'll have a hard time understanding. =p But I must say that the hosts were very funny. Even though I don't understand what they're saying, I can laugh together with them. Haha, so much better than those stupid Taiwanese variety shows. Korean shows rock better!! =D

Oh ya, got some big news to share for Goong fans. Goong 2 will start filming this coming week, and the cast are, Se7en as Lee Hoo, Heo Yi-jae as Yang Soon-Ae, Park Shin Hye as Shin Sae Ryung and Kang Du as Lee Joon.

Goong 2 will be about a prince who does not know he possesses royal blood who is working as a delivery boy in a Chinese restaurant. The story is about him entering the palace and what happens after that.

Hwang In-roe indicated that “Goong II” will continue with the theme of a fictional South Korean monarchy, showing how tradition and the present can co-exist together. The plot will also be tied to the first series. The ending of “Goong” revealed that ultimately Lee Shin and Lee Yul didn’t inherit the throne, leading to the temporarily ascension of Shin’s sister Hye-myeong. The sequel will thus continue with this plot as the palace discovers the existence of a royal grandson living among commoners. It turns out that he have absolutely no clue about his identity. After he graduated from high school, he works as a delivery boy. He didn’t know until the palace invited him to come and he suddenly became a member of the imperial family in one night. Upon his entrance in the palace, he began his training. He will be groomed to become emperor. Oh yes, for fans of Goong 1, I know you all like Goong 1, and would like the original cast to act in Goong 2, but please, don't be too quick to criticise the new cast!! Goong 2 hasn't even started filming yet!! Please watch the show before commenting on it. I guess we will have to wait until the Koreans get to watch it before we make a decision yeah? I'm quite hopeful that this show will turn out to be another huge success like Goong 1.

Anyway, here's the Goong 1.5. Happy viewing!! This is guaranteed to make you laugh like mad!! =)) Oh yes, Lady Choi is so cool in part 2 and 3. Go watch it!! There are nine parts to it!! Good luck!! =)

Finally, I've finally closed the chapter of my school life today. Today is officially the last day of school for almost all secondary school pupils. Though I'm rather happy that school has finally ended, and the long waited holidays are fianlly here, I'm just saddened by the fact that not many of us will remain in the same class next year. Yeah, even if we choose the same subject combination, we may still not be together as the 2 D.O.M of 2006. Really saddening, today is really the last day I get to see 2 D.O.Mers together, as one class. Pei Xuan said that tomorrow, almost the whole class will be going ice-skating. Sadly, I can't join in because of my theory exam the day after. Really, if not for my freaky exam, I would have joined you all. After all, after the class chalet which will be held later, there will be no more gatherings for us anymore. Haiz, this chapter of my life has closed, yeah, so when will I open it up and read it again?

We were supposed to get back our report books today, but didn't get it back like other classes, all thanks to our dear Mr Rendy Lee...>=( He was afraid that after getting our report books, we wouldn't go to school tomorrow, so he decided to give it to us tomorrow, so that we would go to school. Haiz, what a crappy teacher I have. Anyway, I didn't make it for the 9-subject combination by two points. Actually, I was rather relieved because if I could get into the 9-subject combination, my parents would surely force me into taking triple science. Argh, that would be a nightmare for me!! Haha, so I've decided to take 8 subjects and 1 module. It shouldn't be so stressful, I hope.

Anyway, today was also prize-presentation. Lol, gave out those prizes to those really clever dudes in RV. Lol, I'll never see myself on stage receiving a prize, that's for sure. After that, Ms Ek announced that Ms Chia, the HOD of chinese, was going to retire this year. Then we had a farewell ceremony for her. It was actually quite touching lah, because RV was her first and only school that she taught. She has been with the school for 37 years, and after 37 years, we're saying goodbye to her. Lol, and I can't imagine Mdm Lim Kim Choo or Ms Wan Chiew Inn to be the HOD of chinese. I guess most probably Mdm Lim will be promoted since she is the subject head, and Ms Wan will become the next subject head. I wonder who will be the new level head if Ms Wan gets promoted. Anyway, Ms Chia and Ms Ek, and some of the teachers cried during the ceremony. As Mrs Look told her, just treat retirement as a 7-day weekend, and it'll be fine. Lol, kinda agree with her on that. Goodbye, Ms Chia! You will be missed!! ='(

Haiz, just blogging for the sake of blogging, but actually, I myself also don't know what I'm doing. Lol, Goong has driven me nuts... now I'm spending more time in front of the google box than doing something productive. Anyway, tomorrow will be the 2nd last day of school. I can't imagine how my Sec 3 life will be like. I'm really afraid that no one else will be in the same class as me. I know not many people are taking music as a subject next year, but anyway, Zhi Yi will be taking that as a subject, so that is something to take note of. Good luck for next year's school life, people out there. Yeah, the past has passed, the present is present, and the future will be the future. Just cherish whatever we have now alright? (Did I learn that from Goong?) Oh, what crap, I seriously don't know what I'm blogging about. About time I go to sleep. Good night, people. zZz...
